Creabl stores information about users who visit your website.
To see the entire list of users who have visited your website, you need to go to Users — Explore.
Working with a list
You can configure the columns using the appropriate button.
You can also search for specific users using the Search bar.
You can also choose groups from the list: all users, guests, leads or users from a previously created cohort.
In order to view the necessary users, you can apply filters. To do this, click Add filter.
Note: you can learn more how filters work in the Filters lesson.
Detailed user information card
In order to go to the user's profile, you need to click on their name.
The page with user information is divided into several blocks.
The upper block contains the user's name if it is known. If the name is unknown, it is generated automatically.
The offline/online label shows whether the user is on the website right now.
You can also view the user's visit location and time zone.
The User info column contains both standard and custom attributes that were recorded and transferred to Creabl.
The Events column contains a list of events that the user has committed.
The Latest sessions column contains recordings of how the user visited the website. In order to study the user session in more detail, click Play.
Note: There is a separate video tutorial called Sessions on how to work with sessions.
Configuring attributes and events
In order to add attributes or events, go to Settings and select the Users data section.
The Default attributes section contains attributes that are created by default in the Creabl platform.
In Custom attributes, you can add your own attributes.
The Events section allows you to add events that you need.
Note: You can learn more about how to create attributes and events and add them to the website from the tutorial called Attributes.
