Creabl is an analytics platform that collects and stores user data from your website for optimization and improvement.
Users
In the Users section, you can view information about users who visit your site.
In the User profile, you can view detailed attribute information and examine the list of events that the user has committed.
In the Latest sessions section, you can see how the user browsed on your website.
To quickly navigate through user data, you can configure Filters.
You can also create Cohorts — pre-configured filters — to save time, selecting a pre-created list.
Analytics
The Analytics section allows you to see all the key information about your website on one screen.
Funnels calculate and display the number of users who switch from one event to another.
With the help of Heatmaps, you can see how users behave on your website and where they click (or don't click).
Retention reports allow you to view the number or percentage of users who return to your service or to your website within a certain time.
You can also study statistics on user sessions, that is, on visits for a certain period.
Settings
In the Teammates section, you can add members of your team so that they can view statistics together. You can also configure user rights.
The Creabl code is located under Installation.
The Creabl code is a small script that you need to place on all pages of your website.
In the User data section, there is the information that is transmitted and recorded in the user information.
You can record and transmit default attributes, create custom attributes and events.
For each section, we have visual video tutorials that will help you configure the Creabl platform yourself and work with it.
